- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- at least 6 months experience of working in a hotel kitchen is required
- to work in the kitchen wash up area
- to operate an industrial dish washer
- to assist with the manual cleaning of kitchen equipment
- to comply with the company health, safety and hygiene regulations
- any other reasonable task requested by the Head Chef
