The Field Effectiveness Manager will work together with the 3rd party Field Sales Manager in Ireland to make sure we have the optimal call file, plan, KPI’s, performance and ROI with the 3rd party Field sales partner in Ireland– and be overall responsible for all back office related work linked to field sales execution and operations.

The role will co-lead Ireland Field Sales planning and priorities, and function as an interface between external field sales and internal stakeholders, and co-pilot the sales agenda for field sales to secure effective ways of working going forward.

The role is responsible for Sales System maintenance and development and will support the Field Sales Force and Sales Management with reports and information that secure further development of the business results.

This role is part of the North Europe Field Effectiveness team and will support North European synergies, ways of working and best practices together with the North Europe Field Effectiveness team.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Facilitate setting and follow up of commercial targets and key KPIs for field sales (e.g. GSV, display index, # of touch points, Perfect Store, NQC, visits per day, coverage, sell-out)
  • Create proposal and lead on sales cycle planning (field sales objectives and priority setting) in line with strategy and overall activity plan
  • Effective field sales management, including but not limited to updating store panels, route planning, effective reporting and overall tracking of performance vs objectives
  • Maintain an optimized territory plan and visit schedule in collaboration with RTM Manager and external field sales partner
  • Support 3rd party Field Sales team so they have all tools and materials to perform their jobs.
  • Own Perfect Store process from a field sales perspective, including maintaining dashboards in Ireland and Champion Perfect Store ways of working and share learnings
