Reporting to the Production Manager, this role requires the Warehouse / Stores Coordinator to perform their daily work tasks effectively and efficiently to the highest level of Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety standards, meeting specified targets and reporting all issues as required by the company. This role provides a key link between our plants in Citywest and Finglas where the coordination and movement of stock will be a key responsibility.
The role involves the employee being an integral part of CEL working with the Production, Projects, and Purchasing Teams.
We operate a compressed 4 day week (Mon - Wed 7am - 5.30pm; Thurs 7am - 4.30pm). Overtime available.
Responsibilities
- To safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading of materials to and from the freight carriers.
- Safe storage and shipment of finished product
- Safe storage of excess materials
- Safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
- Paperwork despatch and goods receipt, plus data entry on ERP software if required.
- Managing daily production and shipping plans
- Stock checks when required.
- Forklift Driver essential
- Packing & wrapping of product for despatch.
- Responsible for management of junior warehouse operative
- Any other duties as specified by line manager
