Nurse on Call, Ireland’s leading nursing agency, are seeking to recruit a Payroll/Accounts Assistant starting in January 2024, based in our Head office on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, conveniently located on the Luas line. Full training will be provided, new graduates welcome.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Processing time sheets for nurses and health care assistants on a weekly basis.
- Weekly Payroll preparation.
- Preparation of sales invoices to Customers.
- Dealing with payroll queries from candidates and clients
- Communicate with the Human Resources and Bookings departments to ensure allocated work is attended to efficiently.
- Any Ad Hoc duties as appropriate.
- On-the-job training provided
Education
- Would suit a newly qualified graduate looking to gain experience.
- Opportunity to complete professional exams (ACCA/ATI /IPASS)
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Be proficient with computers/technology- in particular Microsoft Office Package
- Completed IPASS desirable but not essential as opportunity to complete will be provided.

Working hours approximately Mon- Fri - 7-3 or 8-4
- Working week is 36.5 hours with opportunities of paid overtime at premium rates
- Starting salary Minimum - (€28,000 for Trainee - Higher Depending on experience)
