Responsibilities
- Implement systems and procedures in relation to construction Quality
- Ensure a “ Right First Time “ culture
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis in the event of Non Conformances
- Responsible for implementation of a consistent Construction Quality Audit Quality Audit regime
- Work with Senior Managers to develop Continuous Improvement Programmes
- Identify Quality Control Processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
- Promoting compliance with, and strict adherence to, company quality policy and procedures
- Day-to-day monitoring of quality on-site
- Ensure all QC checks have been completed in a timely manor
- Inspections of materials, liaising with procurement and site teams
- Assisting Line Manager with root cause analysis on non-confirming items
- Drive a right-first-time approach in line with industry best practices
- Site visits to oversee QC during construction stage
- Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that they meeting quality standards
- Produce weekly / monthly Quality reports
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Discipline
- Experience in management and implementation of quality processes
- Experience in Lean Construction beneficial
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of quality
- Must have an ability to work well within a deadline environment
- Motivated individual that likes to work in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills
