Your Day to Day

As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you would be working on:

Campaign Marketing Strategy - You will develop marketing campaigns in collaboration with other product & marketing experts, ensuring alignment with target audiences and tactics across the funnel (Engagement to MCL to MQL to opportunity creation).

Demand Generation Programs - You will use your expertise to develop and maintain evergreen customer acquisition initiatives, incorporating current campaign messaging and assets where appropriate. Responsibilities include media agency management, facilitation of content development and optimisation tactics.

Campaign Project Management - You will produce and maintain campaign briefs, and consistently keep track of colleague contributions to the campaign and program to ensure efficient execution. You will self-manage your own busy schedule, workflows, and multiple projects.

Campaign/Demand Generation Performance - You will consistently track how campaigns and evergreen demand generation programs perform; testing, evaluating, iterating, and optimising to drive results.

What We’re Looking For

As a Campaign Marketing Manager your background will look like:

  • 3+ years of B2B campaign marketing experience (IT/tech experience a plus).

  • A track record of managing multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously.

  • Experience managing demand generation programs, including iterative optimisation tactics to drive incremental KPI improvements. (Search experience an advantage)

  • A superb collaborator, fearless communicator, and creative problem-solver with an eye for the smallest details and an eagerness to learn about new technologies and platforms.

  • A+ organizational, time management and project management skills.
