Location: Ballydesmond, Co. Cork
Position: Full Time
Working hours: Mon-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We are seeking an Office Manager for our client based on the Kerry / North Cork border.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of the office as well as undertaking bookkeeping duties as required.
Responsibilities:
Reception & Communication:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Bookkeeping:
- Process invoices, expenses, and often in various currencies, matching them to the relevant POs and delivery dockets.
- Weekly payroll processing
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Office Administration:
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and reorder as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff undertaking work in throughout Europe as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in Xero and/or Sage would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
