Store Manager


 

Summary of role:


We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in the opening of our Ashleaf Shopping Centre, Crumlin, Dublin 12. We plan on opening the expanded store from August 2023. Please note that the Store Manager position will be starting one to two months prior to the store opening. This is a great opportunity, as we will be offering the successful applicant a variety of training during the first six months to support your integration into Nourish. During your initial induction and training period, we will provide experience in at least one host store in Dublin alongside an experienced Nourish Store Manager and team.

The start date for this training period will be from June 2023. The Contract will cover 40 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday. The minimum Salary for the role starts at €33,000, this is negotiable depending on the level of leadership experience you can bring to Nourish along with any health and nutritional knowledge you may have.


Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced supermarket environment and thrive when faced with daily challenges.

  • Has a thirst for knowledge and enjoys professional development.
  • Has previous leadership experience.
  • Has a minimum of 1-year previous retail experience (an advantage).
  • Has a relative qualification (beneficial).
