We are looking for experienced General Managers and Assistant General Managers to join our growing Irish Pub chain in Prague. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the pub. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
As a General Manager or Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the pub is run efficiently and that customers receive excellent service. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that they are trained to provide excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that stock is ordered in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub
- Ensure that all staff are trained and performing their duties to the best of their ability
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered in a timely manner
- Ensure that all customers are provided with excellent customer service
- Work with the management support team to develop and implement new policies and procedures
- Create an authentic Irish pub atmosphere with live music
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
