We are looking for new crew to join us in working in our seafood restaurants. The ideal candidates have a can do attitude, is flexible and willing to work in both restaurant locations in BARNA and HENRY STREET and available for summer work. They are warm and friendly, team players, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running!
Duties of the ideal candidate:
- Taking food orders, & reservations over the phone
- Provide the perfect service experience for every guest
- Sets tables with dishes, glasses, and refills condiments
- Must have knowledge of all food, beer, wine menu
- Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
- Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding specials, food and beverage
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Report to property on time and in proper uniform
