2468 Group is recruiting for an Customer Service Advisor, based in Dunboyne Co. Meath.

Our services include coffee, water, snacking and washroom while also supporting our customers design & build the break out spaces where our products & services are consumed. Our tailored breakroom solutions help our customers create an ideal space for staff to relax, recharge, refuel and catch up.

The responsibilities of the Role are:
- Manage inbound customer queries via phone and email
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Take customers orders and place on system
- Perform general administrative duties
- Support operations team
- Perform ad hoc requests as required
Knowledge, skills & experience
We would like you to have some of the following skills:
- Excellent administrative skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, can do attitude and strong team player
