Duty Manager


 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hotel Duty Manager to oversee the smooth daily operations of our clients hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, and managing staff performance. The Hotel Duty Manager will also assist in various operational aspects, such as front office management, housekeeping, and food and beverage services. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance, providing guidance, coaching, and training as necessary to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing front office operations, including reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures, and guest billing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments to ensure seamless guest services and a well-maintained facility.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback, implementing changes as necessary to improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing hotel budgets, inventory, and financial performance, implementing cost control measures and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality/F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a high level of guest satisfaction.
