Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Administration of payroll
- Updating employee files , organising training .
- Support Management interviews and meeting suppliers
- Ensuring the appropriate HR process and tools are implemented
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Must have at least 5 years experience of Office Administration and Payroll
- Previous knowledge of using HR & Payroll related software
- Excellent organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- A thorough and methodical approach to work
