Accounts and Payroll Assistant


 

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate an office They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, dealing with staff . They should be a very organised person with a head for figures capable of doing Payroll and debtors and creditors. Should also possess a friendly personality and competent so they can effectively interact with both team members and suppliers. Proven ability to work on own initiative

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Administration of payroll
  • Updating employee files , organising training .
  • Support Management interviews and meeting suppliers
  • Ensuring the appropriate HR process and tools are implemented

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat personality
  • Must have at least 5 years experience of Office Administration and Payroll
  • Previous knowledge of using HR & Payroll related software
  • Excellent organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A thorough and methodical approach to work
