Responsibilities:

  • To provide efficient, professional administration and customer service
  • To ensure accurate management of Client Database
  • To identify areas where the sales and admin processes can be improved
  • Monitors key performance areas
  • Ensuring client files are in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Tracking of new business pipeline ensuring efficient delivery

Profile required:

    • Good technical knowledge of Life and Pension products
  • Knowledge of Group Schemes is welcome but not essential
    • Professional approach
    • Good ethics
    • Self motivated
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel.
    • Experience with a CRM system
    • Appropriate Industry Qualification
