Ticket Acquisition Team Leader
Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a rapidly growing provider of guided tours of attractions all over Europe. They are one of the continents leading providers, with a reputation for quality.
They are seeking an experienced leader for their Ticket Acquisition team.
Required:
- Experience in Ticket Acquisition for a Tours, Attractions or tourism related activities.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Problem solving skills, ideally as the point of escalation for complex issues arising from your team.
- Strong Leadership skills, including influence, motivation and guidance.
- Proven record of People Development
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Lead the Ticket Acquisition Team to achieve Company, Team and Individual goals.
- Work with internal stakeholder to define Ticket Need Forecasting, and communicate goals to the team.
- Continuously improve Ticket Acquisition processes, through process improvement, rule changes from venues, and gathered feedback.
- Ensure the team structure and delegated regions are optimal to achieve the goals.
- Develop and mentor team members, facilitate growth and handle performance issues.
- Report to the Senior Leadership Team on the performance of the team.

Salary: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
