The MoneyButler Ltd are a growing & progressive financial services company based in Galway and we are looking for a new Office Administrator to join our team:
The Role includes:
- Arrange meetings with clients and Financial Advisors
- Managing pipeline of business which includes the processing of pensions, investments and protection policies and on going client servicing.
- Interact with Life Insurance & Investment Companies
- Ensure that workflow is completed in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients over the phone and email, dealing with any queries
- Ensure compliance checks are carried out on client files in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code
- General office duties including post, greeting clients, answering phone, printing & scanning, filing
- Maintenance of accurate and up to date client records
Requirements for the Role:
- A strong team player, who can also work on their own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills & strong attention to detail
- Have a flexible approach to work and ability to deal with multiple queries
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time to maximize efficiency
- Excellent IT skills e.g Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Enthusiastic and friendly
- Financial Services experience is not essential as full training for this role will be provided
