Office Administrator


 

The MoneyButler Ltd are a growing & progressive financial services company based in Galway and we are looking for a new Office Administrator to join our team:

The Role includes:

  • Arrange meetings with clients and Financial Advisors
  • Managing pipeline of business which includes the processing of pensions, investments and protection policies and on going client servicing.
  • Interact with Life Insurance & Investment Companies
  • Ensure that workflow is completed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients over the phone and email, dealing with any queries
  • Ensure compliance checks are carried out on client files in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code
  • General office duties including post, greeting clients, answering phone, printing & scanning, filing
  • Maintenance of accurate and up to date client records

Requirements for the Role:

  • A strong team player, who can also work on their own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills & strong attention to detail
  • Have a flexible approach to work and ability to deal with multiple queries
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time to maximize efficiency
  • Excellent IT skills e.g Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Enthusiastic and friendly
  • Financial Services experience is not essential as full training for this role will be provided
