Infrastructure Access Project Co-ordinator
Key Objectives / Accountabilities:
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the IA Manager. Producing and analyzing detailed reports, managing change requests, problem solving and reconciling as built data
Key deliverables
- Submission of Make ready data to Infrastructure Access providers - Open Eir & Enet;
- Weekly production and analysis of Distribution Areas/ Ribbon/ Change Requests;
- Daily Eir Rapid Response production reporting;
- Recording & tracking of Damage reports;
- Change Requests/Rapid Response recording & tracking;
- As-built reconciliation & closure;
- Inventory tool - working closely with Design & GIS team to introduce one source of true for our network assets
- Peer to peer problem solving of field generated problems
- Monthly validation on elements of delivered networks
Knowledge & Experience:
- Third level degree
- Experience of utilising GIS systems, preferably ArcGis or QGIS
- Ability to capture, interpret and report on data
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience of data capture in utility infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving capability with a "can-do" attitude
- Strong cost management focus.
- Proven ability to respond well to change and maintain flexibility while keeping focus on objectives.
- Strong team player
- Excellent ambassador for NBI, promoting the organisation and role modelling NBI's values
- Ability to manage time and deal with multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
