The 4 star Great Northern Hotel are currently looking for experienced hotel reception manager to join our team.
We are a 4 star family run hotel located on its own 18 hole golf course overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience, every time. As the first point of contact, the Front Office Team work closely with the Operations, Sales and Reservations teams to ensure that we achieve this level of guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the guest experience is delivered consistently.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, bookings and general queries.
- Make reservations and enter information into the system (hot soft) as necessary.
The Candidate:
- Experience in a busy hotel Front Office department or similar an advantage.
- Knowledge of Hotsoft is preferable but not essential.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including; early/ late/ weekends/ bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €12.50-€14.00 per hour
