This is a newly created role, managing a growing team of Employee Benefit Administrators.
Key responsibilities;
- Manage and oversee the work of the employee benefits broker administration team
- Review and implement changes / improvements where required in terms of of employee benefits administration and consultancy services to Group Clients
- Main point of contact between employee benefit consultants and new clients
- Train and develop Employee Benefits broker where necessary and on
- Manage accounts of a number of small specific clients
- Working with stakeholders in relation to monthly and annual processes
- Escalated queries to providers and team members as appropriate
- Liaise with insurers and service providers in relation to delivery and process, constantly seeking to improve and refine delivery, in consultation with CEO and EB consultants
- Attend Employee Benefit clinics with employees on client sites
- Represent the company at conferences and promotional events
- Attend Trustee meetings where required
- Must be QFA Qualified at a minimum, RPA / PTP / PMI / AIIPM qualifications all desirable
- At least 5 years industry experience
- Strong knowledge within pensions ie. group pensions and group risk as well as employee benefits
- Previous management experience is an advantage
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
