Employee Benefits Broker Manager [Ireland]


 
  • €60-70K Salary + Bonus

This is a newly created role, managing a growing team of Employee Benefit Administrators.

Key responsibilities;
  • Manage and oversee the work of the employee benefits broker administration team
  • Review and implement changes / improvements where required in terms of of employee benefits administration and consultancy services to Group Clients
  • Main point of contact between employee benefit consultants and new clients
  • Train and develop Employee Benefits broker where necessary and on
  • Manage accounts of a number of small specific clients
  • Working with stakeholders in relation to monthly and annual processes
  • Escalated queries to providers and team members as appropriate
  • Liaise with insurers and service providers in relation to delivery and process, constantly seeking to improve and refine delivery, in consultation with CEO and EB consultants
  • Attend Employee Benefit clinics with employees on client sites
  • Represent the company at conferences and promotional events
  • Attend Trustee meetings where required
What you need;
  • Must be QFA Qualified at a minimum, RPA / PTP / PMI / AIIPM qualifications all desirable
  • At least 5 years industry experience
  • Strong knowledge within pensions ie. group pensions and group risk as well as employee benefits
  • Previous management experience is an advantage
  • Must possess strong leadership skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
